UK RETURNS
If you are based in the UK you have 14 days to exchange or return. Items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with original tags still attached. Exchanges and refunds are available.
* Note: We do not offer exchanges for items purchased on sale, but you can return the item(s) to us and we will refund the amount paid.
RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE UK
If you are based outside of the UK we accept items returned to us within 21 days from the date your order was received. All items must be returned before a refund can be processed.
It is your responsibility to cover the total returns cost. We only accept your return for a refund, we do not offer an exchange facility, therefore, we suggest you return the item(s) to us and reorder from our website for a replacement if you are looking for an exchange.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Your online order can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. * Note: We only accept exchanges from customers based inside the UK. If you are a customer outside of the UK and would like to exchange your item(s), we would recommend that you return the incorrect item(s) and reorder your preferred exchange.
Items that have been worn, washed or scented in any way will not be accepted. All returns and exchanges are to be covered at your own cost and we are not liable for any lost or damaged items in transit. If you would like to send back items from multiple orders, please package them separately, as separate orders sent back under their incorrect returns label could cause issues and may not be accepted.
All items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent out, with their original tags still attached. Returns will be thoroughly checked, therefore, any items that do not meet our requirements will be not be accepted. By continuing on our website, you agree to these terms.
The following items can only be returned if unopened, still in the original packaging and unworn:
- Boxers
- Briefs
- Socks
- Swimwear

Please allow up to 14 days from the return confirmation email to receive your refund. In the rare case your item has not been refunded within the allocated timeframe, please contact our team returns@twopieces.co.uk so we can investigate further for you.
