HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are based in the UK you have 14 days to return or exchange the item(s). If you are outside the UK you have 21 days to return the item(s) but note we do not offer exchanges outside the UK.

In the rare case your parcel hasn’t been delivered, firstly, make sure you provided us with the correct address.
We also recommend that you check with any nearby neighbours, family members, concierge or members of staff who may have signed for the parcel on your behalf.
